…a new perspective!

It’s just a natural characteristic of the Red-breasted Nuthatch to turn upside down to scan his surroundings. While other birds stand tall and stretch their necks high to look all around, the nuthatches point their beaks towards the earth to get a better view.
The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.
In the same way, if we will let Him, God will turn our own perspective upside-down and show us all things in a new light – His!
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
And their eyes were opened, and they knew him…
“…Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
